Shane holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. He is a Non-Executive Board Member of Fortis Group Holdings and Chairman and Founder of Big Brothers Big Sisters UAE. A former Executive Board Member of the Canadian Business Council, and a volunteer with the Families with Special Needs.

Nigel D’Souza is a Sourcing Leader at Shane Phillips Consultants. He comes with over 10 years of cross functional industry experience. He has held analytical, executive search and Talent Acquisition positions, within both B2B and B2C markets. He began his career as a Workforce Analyst with America On-Line before moving to Dubai in 2004 to take up a recruitment role within a prominent property development holdings company. He later moved into an executive search firm having spent a considerable amount of time harnessing his skills across cross-functional and industry specialization recruitments. Prior to joining Shane Phillips Consultants, Nigel held the position of a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for a global FMCG company where he secured and executed all international talent acquisition functions across the EMEA & SEA region. Nigel enjoys partnering with his clients on the toughest assignments. With a career background in both in-house and agency talent acquisition, his search work extends across functional specialization. Nigel holds a Bachelor in Psychology and Communications from Christ University.
